An easy way to set homework. I gave this sheet to my students in September and have used it throughout the year. The more 'Facebook likes', the harder the homework! Can be edited for any subject.

Students have a short period to guess the logo behind the bricks (either write down in silence or compete for the first answer). Answers at the end of the powerpoint. I have used this to introduce promotion in marketing and the idea of how aware students are of logos/slogans etc, but could be used for any subject as a starter.

Let your students choose their homework based on the chilli rating- the spicier the task, the harder the homework! I have used this for Economics but can be edited for all subjects.
